ADCM PIVOT PRESS HEAT TRANSFER MACHINE

Altena Machine Builders, Inc. Is expanding our line of heat transfer application machines for individual as well as rolled label products. All our machines provide our customers with a consistent and precise label applications time after time. Machine controls are user friendly, easily adjusted and relatively maintenance free.  The pneumatic system, with independent air regulators and flow control allow precise label application pressures.  Required machine adjustments are simple. Maintenance is minimal with all vital areas completely accessible for  your technician.

Air requirement: 60psi. Our exclusive ADCM PIVOT Series Machines is designed for extended production use and has user friendly options.This new Pivot Press is engineered to our high production requirements our customers have come to expect!  Our Self leveling Heat block insures accurate and precise pressure application on the entire transfer surface.  The lower anvil system is designed with an interchangeable anvil system to control the application and reduce the HEAT MARK! Anvils can be shaped to match the transfer being applied as well as round, square and odd shapes!
