Independent air regulators
provide dual air pressures. Precise application pressures as low
as 10 PSI with independent return pressure allows faster heat
block retraction and cycle reset.

Lower Anvil
assembly mounted to slide system. Heat block size and cylinder
stroke length is matched to exact customer requirements. Slide
length, anvil and table size determined by customer
requirements.

Laser Cross Hair
Generators ensure accurate label placement.

Heat block has
radius on all edges contacting fabric to minimize application
heat impression.

All machine adjustments are
simple. Change-over time to install new labels can be completed
in a few minutes.

A Process Logic Controller
(PLC) directs all ARM machine press operations. Accurate,
durable digital dwell timer and temperature controller are
standard.

Ergonomically engineered
optical two-hand controls reduce operator fatigue. Switches are
located above the application area to enhance operator safety.

Sturdy aluminum ‘C’ frame,
base plate, and most other aluminum structural components are
anodized to enhance durability. All steel components are black
oxide treated for corrosion resistance.
