meet the needs of the latest heat activated transfer label
customers. The ARM machine is not a modified foil stamping
machine.
- New All-In-One Membrane
Controller directs all ARM machine press operations. Accurate,
durable digital dwell time, temperature control, Counter
functions and diagnostic testing are standard features.
- Independent air regulators
provide dual air pressures. Precise application pressures as low
as 10 PSI with independent return pressure allows faster heat
block retraction and cycle reset.
- Label tape unload and motor
drive systems are mounted directly to the machine frame
eliminating the need for constant adjustments to the heat
block/presser head as the label tape rolls deplete during
application cycles.
- Fully adjustable tape sensor
slide system and teachable over/under sensor provides accurate
photo-mark recognition resulting in precise label positioning
during application cycles.
- Exclusive label tape tension
and guide systems prevent label tape stretching, tearing and
premature label separation.
- All machine adjustments are
simple. Change-over time to install new labels can be completed
in a few minutes.
- A Process Logic Controller
(PLC) directs all ARM machine press operations. Accurate,
durable digital dwell timer and temperature controller are
standard.
- Ergonomically engineered
optical two-hand controls reduce operator fatigue. Switches are
located above the application area to enhance operator safety.
- Sturdy aluminum ‘C’ frame,
base plate, and most other aluminum structural components are
anodized to enhance durability. All steel components are black
oxide treated for corrosion resistance.
