label customers. The ADCM machine is not a modified foil
stamping machine.

New All-In-One
Membrane Controller directs all ADCM machine press operations.
Accurate, durable digital dwell time, temperature control,
Counter functions and
diagnostic testing are standard features.

Independent air
regulators provide dual air pressures. Precise application
pressures as low as 10 PSI with independent return pressure
allows faster
heat block retraction and cycle reset.

Laser Cross Hair
Generator for precise label placement.

All machine
adjustments are simple. Change-over time to install new labels
can be completed in a few minutes.

Ergonomically
engineered optical two-hand controls reduce operator fatigue.
Switches are located above the application area to enhance
operator safety.

Sturdy aluminum
‘C’ frame, base plate, and most other aluminum structural
components are anodized to enhance durability. All steel
components are
black oxide treated for corrosion resistance.
